Halloween is nearly here and we are getting very excited in the office!

To get you all in the ghoulish spirit (pardon the pun) we wanted to share one of our favourite recipes with you; Chocolate Popcorn Skulls!

These skulls make a great centrepiece with WOW factor if you are having a Halloween party this year…

White Chocolate Popcorn Skulls


– 1 Bag of 80g Sweet and Salt flavoured popcorn

– 450g of melted white chocolate

– 115g of melted dark chocolate

Special Equipment

– Skull mould

Place the popcorn in a large bowl and pour over the melted white chocolate. Carefully fold the popcorn with a wooden spoon until the chocolate covers the popcorn.

Pour the mixture into the skull mould and push down until level. Then place in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.

Once set, remove the popcorn from the mould. Then create your scary skull face using the melted dark chocolate.
