Here’s Steph and Chessie’s guide to creating a stack of delicious rainbow pancakes – full ingredient list below.
Ingredients (makes 6-7):
1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
2 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
2 tbsp white sugar
3/4 cup almond milk
1 large egg, beaten
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Good quality food colouring
1 – 2 meringue nests
